The Junior Camp Counselor Program (JCC) is a volunteer youth development program aimed to provide leadership, educational and responsibility-based life skill development for teenagers between the ages of 15 and 18. Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, Junior Camp Counselors will interact with campers, assist with curriculum activities and serve as leaders in camp spirit and motivation.

 

JCC's will need to commit to a minimum of 1 week during the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Monday - Friday during the weeks of:

 

Camp Dates:

Week 1: June 19 - 23

Week 2: June 26 - 30

Week 3: July 10 - 14

Week 4: July 17 - 21

Week 5: July 24 - 28

 

JCC's will receive a P.A.W.S. Camp T-Shirt and Bag.


Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by June 12th, 2017


Requirements:

   Age: 15-18 years
   Completed online application
   Must have two references submit a referral letter
   Must complete required interview process
   Must attend the training session on June 18th from 9:00am - 1:00pm

   Must commit to assigned camp schedule
 

Participant Fees:
There is a $20.00 participation fee which each Junior Camp Counselor must provide after acceptance into the program.
