Pet Food Pantry

Food and Supply Assistance

Generously supported by the

We have created free pet food assistance program for residents of Knox County who are in need of a little extra help. Pet owners can request assistance and make an appointment for pick-up.

We will be providing a 1 month supply of pet food for dogs and cats of all sizes and ages to help pet owners through hardships they might be experiencing during the COVID-19 pandemic.  ** While supplies are available, requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis **

Please note: if you are a first time Pet Food Pantry participant, we will need you to fill out a registration form at the time of your first pick-up. When you call to place your first request, please inform our staff at that time that this will be your first pick-up so that they can have the registration form ready for you.

Clients can pick up pet food once per month for up to 6 months annually, by appointment. We are unfortunately unable to provide specific food. Pet food bags will be thoroughly disinfected prior to distribution.

We also provide pet food to our animal welfare partner, Meals on Wheels of Knox County. If you are a Meals on Wheels client, please contact them directly to request food/supplies.
